Tucked into the granite shoulders of the Helderberg, our vines breathe the cool Atlantic breath of False Bay by day and the still mountain quiet by night. It is here, between sea and stone, that Merlot finds its most generous voice.
Every Olebar blend begins as a single barrel decision — a slow, uncompromising conversation between vine, vintage and time. We bottle little. We bottle well.
